“I had a level 2 homebuyers report done by Jonathan Sharp. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The surveyor was very good and efficient throughout the whole process. He provided all the information I needed in a clear and detailed report, and he even dedicated his own time to go through the report with me afterwards. He patiently explained anything I didn’t understand and made sure I felt confident about the condition of the property and the next steps. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough, professional and helpful surveyor.”

“Great service. The surveyor went out promptly to inspect the property as soon as payment was made and thoroughly assessed everything. I then then got the report by email soon after and then a follow up call yo discuss any concerns I had or did noy understand.”

“Amazing service! Pinnacle turned things around for me very quickly! I was left in a pickle after another company gave me a below than average service. Spoke to Judith on the phone ahead of my appointment, she was very sympathetic and helped to turn things around for me very quickly The surveyor who came out to my property was also not 'weird' which helped my customer experience”
