“Extremely pleased with my survey. It was thorough and easy to understand. My surveyor was easy to reach. A colleague also contacted me when my surveyor wasn't available to make sure I was happy and understand everything. Great price too.”

“The report was informative but in a format that was easy to understand. What we appreciated most was the surveyor’s follow up call a week later to check that her report had been clearly understood by us and to address any points needing clarification. Our experience was a good one and we are happy to recommend Pinnacle.”

“Great experience with Pinnacle Surveyors. Friendly and informative. Survey completed quickly and call from surveyor before and after the survey taking place to explain the process being first-time buyers, discuss our concerns and report findings. Offered us great advice for next steps as we planned to renegociate on the property price following immediate concerns flagged in the report. Highly recommened.”

“I contacted pinnacle to give me an up to date valuation of my property for a remortgage I was going through. The process was easy, the information from pinnacle giving me details of when the surveyor was coming was explained well and via SMS and email. The surveyor was polite and helpful where I had questions. Overall a quick and easy process, would recommend”
