“I was apprehensive at first about using the online service but it made looking for a surveyor very easy for a layman like myself. After filling out a simple form paying the money I straight away got a call from a chap who instantly put my mind at rest by stating all the surveyors they use are use to properties in my area. A few days later I got a call from pinnacle she was very pleasant she took details and told me they would do everything with regard to liaising with the estate agent to make an appointment date. I got an email explaining when the visit would be, 2 days later I received a detailed report about the property which helped me make my mind up about the property followed up by a phonecall from the actual surveyor to see if I had any questions about the report. So In a nutshell the whole process was flawless and I would not hesitate to use pinnacle again.”

“Please pass my deepest thank you to Chris my surveyor. He was professional, friendly, down to earth, approachable, punctual, knowledgeable.. an all round great guy who clearly knows his job. After being severely undervalued by a previous surveyor we got a fair and accurate survey/valuation done with Chris. All we wanted was what is fair and right which is EXACTLY what he provided. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone as one of the few surveying companies that don’t rip you off, and if you’re lucky enough to have Chris you won’t be disappointed.”
