“I just LOVE LOVE LOVE Portuguese wines, especially Noval Porto Tawny and Douro wines. I think that they are really very underrated and not well known.
However, the service of the Portugalvineyards is not acceptable. I never received any customer service and the box of wine I ordered took more than 1 month (!!!) to arrive from Portugal to Switzerland - so not at all to the other part of the world - by DHL (that should be a fast carrier??). Nobody ever explained to me the reason of the delay and according to tracking info, the box remained at Valencia customs for about 13 days. Never came to know why.
I love Porto wines, but I am not going to buy from this company evermore.”

I placed my order on October 24th and on December 12th it has not been delivered! When I ordered they mentioned a delivery within maximum 15 working days or 3 weeks! The customer service is the worst that you could imagine. Instead to fix the issue they argue. I strongly believe that it is not a mistake based on the reviews already posted. This company intend to mislead customer. For a full understanding the shipping cost was more expensive than the two bottle ordered so not cheap.”

“Ordered a couple of cases of mixed wine to sample for a 70th birthday. Having selected the best from the selection, we ordered several cases of our favourite. What was then delivered however was a different year from that we had ordered, it tasted nothing like the wine we trialled initially and had re-ordered. When I contacted them to say that I wished to return the wine I was informed that had I read their terms and conditions I would have been aware that they could substitute for any year regardless of what I had ordered. To me it would have been quite simple for them to have emailed me before shipment to let me know that they didn't have the wine that I order and would I mind them sending me a different year however this was not the case and I now have wine that I didn't order and don't particularly like.”
“Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The website states 48 working hrs to pack, then 1 to 4 days Europe delivery. I ordered the 19th of Feb and only had notice from DHL it was to be delivered more than 3 weeks after the order (it spent a week in Germany). I informed DHL I would not be home and would collect it from them. They told me they had to try to deliver it even though I wouldn't be home. The day of delivery I was informed it had been signed for. Surprise surprise no delivery when I arrived home. I informed Portugal vineyards and they said they had to investigate. Not one to hang about I contacted DHL myself. It was signed for by L.S at number 2. There is no number 2 on my street. I told this to Portugal vineyards who said they had to hear from DHL. They then told me DHL had delivered it to number 6 which also is not on my street. They refused to rediliver or refund. I then opened a case with PayPal and I went back and forth with them for another month. At no stage did they offer a redelivery or refund despite having mine and their evidence that DHL had not delivered it. I had to escalate this to PayPal who refunded me in less than 24 hrs. I lived in Portugal for 3 years and service was always exemplary. This company does not know what customer service is, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!”
