“Superb range of wines otherwise not available in the UK, amazing prices. As a brexit benefit, we now have to pay UK import duty and VAT though, so be forewarned. My DHL invoice on my last order (cost £214) was an extra £267 for excise and VAT. DHL had charged me VAT at about 50% and duty on 36 litres, NOT 36 bottles. A total mess which took me 10 months to rectify, and I saved £124 on this bill. I suspect a lot of other customers may be due a rebate from DHL. Check your invoices carefully. This is a brexit/DHL issue, nothing to do with PV who are a great company.”
