“Booked an appointment to get the claws tightened around the diamond as I could feel it moving slightly. I dropped the ring and collected within 3 days of contacting Quality Diamonds, and all for free as a part of the lifetime warranty. Amazing service as always”

“Paul is brilliant, he originally made us a custom made engagement ring, and then a custom made wedding band rather last minute. He went out of his way and kept in contact daily with the process/questions to make sure I received the wedding band in time. Highly recommended, brilliant service- thank you!”

“Excellent customer service (as always) from Paul and the team at Quality Diamonds. I contacted QD with an enquiry for a piece of customised jewellery and, after a short specification period, a bespoke ring was made specifically for my wife, and we could not be happier with the end-product. Simply perfect. We have bought a few items from QD over the years and they will continue to be our first and only point of purchase for sentimentally important jewellery.”

“From first placing our order we received more or less immediate contact from Paul sitton offering to select a better quality of diamond! that in its self made us feel like we wasn't just dealing with a website! “Very good quality custom jewelery at a fair price. Pre-sales help and advice is excellent (Paul), very helpful with no pressure to buy, and very knowledgable. A very good stock of diamonds to choose from, both natural and lab grown, with an equally good online interface if you want to specify you own selection, or they will do it all for you, your choice. The resulting product (a pendant in this case) was made to specification, and deliverd, exactly on time. Don't expect too much in the way of a fancy box, but you will be very pleased with what's inside the box, and that's what counts. Great service, lovely jewelery, all delivered at a fair price.”

“I have bought loose diamonds from Paul of Quality Diamonds a number of times. Each time his (and QDs) service has been exceptional, hence why I keep going back. This time I needed a diamond for a pendant I was making. I had a budget and Paul put me on to Lab Grown Diamonds as value for money, one of which I eventually purchased. If you want individual, personal service when purchasing a stone(s) I believe you can do no better than speak to Paul and QD. I will certainly be back the next time I want a diamond.”
