“Initially, I was somewhat apprehensive about spending so much money online without being physically able to see what I was buying in advance. I wanted to buy my wife a diamond solitaire ring to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary and researched my purchase carefully before deciding on Quality Diamonds. The sales director who helped me with the purchase, Paul Sitton was excellent, he was friendly, helpful and well-informed and talked me through the whole process. He helped me choose the perfect Diamond, a flawless, emerald cut, D colour Diamond in the Jiya Sapphire setting. I received the ring on the exact date I was supposed to and it is beautiful. The G.I.A certificate and insurance valuation that accompanied the purchase gives you some confidence as to the quality of the ring. Excellent company and staff, buy with confidence.”

“Our experience with Daniel at Quality Diamonds was second to none, he made every attempt to go above and beyond and make sure the ring we chose was perfect. He was discreet and informative when he needed to be but without being pushy in his service. Would 100% recommend and will be returning for our wedding bands”

“Well, I have used Quality Diamonds 3 times now. Amazing! I don't understand how the jewellery stores are still running! Whoever I've dealt with have been very helpful, not pushy, informative and I love my purchases. Certified and nicely presented. I will never purchase anything from a high street jewellers again, nor will anyone I know!”

“I was recommended Quality Diamonds for my partner’s engagement ring and the service was first class. Daniel’s knowledge, professionalism and passion for his job were clear from the outset. He took the time to understand what we were after, was very accommodating and provided honest opinions to achieve the best for us within a set budget. Thanks to him (and those in the workshop) the perfect engagement ring was crafted, all in time for the planned proposal. We will be returning to Daniel to purchase our wedding rings.”

“Fantastic experience buying my wedding ring. Great range of options. Paul was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too difficult to create - I was querying if bezel-set diamonds could be set into a plain band. The ring arrived only 2 weeks later, looks amazing with my engagement ring and is extremely comfortable. Beautiful ring box and packaging too. Couldn't be happier.”

“Right from the start to finish buying it was a dream support to help us get the best diamond ring for my partner.. “I came to Quality Diamonds through a recommendation and I was not disappointed. The level of service is top class. Daniel who i dealt with was unbelievably accommodating, knowledgable, helpful and he really understood what I was after. I purchased an engagement and two wedding rings through him.
