“It's been the second diamond I've bought here the first was earth grown and the second lab grown and all I can say is lab grown is the way to go, you get such a nicer diamond for the money, get a GIA triple excellent and rated over 9 and you won't be disappointed. The staff have been brilliant, the only thing they wouldn't tell me is where the diamond was grown, no idea why because it shouldn't matter but all I know is it's overseas”

“I recently bought an emerald cut diamond from Quality Diamond dealing with Paul and Daniel. I was very impressed by their approach, offering advice on things to look for including and beyond the four Cs, like ratio, symetry, polish and diamond score. The result was a beautiful diamond that ticks all the boxes. The stone was delivered on time, beautifully packaged and including all the relevant certification for the stone and an insurance valuation. You can feel safe in their hands, these people have a great work ethic and integrity in business, and they exemplifiy excellence in customer service.”

“OUSTANDING the selection, the transpancy was trustbuilding immediately I picked out 3 different daimonds and then consulted with Daniel Ferragamo out of the London office. Daniel was a top professional in all areas. Daniel knew his product and looked at the 3 different diamonds that I had selected and we went thru those and two more expensive ones just to make sure that I was happy with our price pont. Only 20 mins for me and the perfect diamond was selected. Daniel then suggested a few diferent Ring settings and within a short period of time the decision was made. OUTSTANDING the Ring was put together and then shipped under Paul Sitton customer care. Again, all was top service. The Ring arrived as expected and the "WOW" factor was 100% there. So Happy Yes I would happily recommend anyone interested to purchase from this company, as they are truly interested in your Happiness. They go beyond just caring. OUTSTANDING YUP that's the word. OUTSTANDING or Brillant”

“I bought the most beautiful ring from Paul Sitton. It was a very pleasant experience, no pushy salesperson . I showed Paul what I wanted and I received exactly what I had asked for. I will most definitely use this company to buy all my jewellry. I dont usually write reviews but felt I had to this time - very rarely do you receive such good customer service.”

“Found this company on a search looking for a special gift for my wife's 60th birthday. I have to say I made an excellent choice in choosing Quality Diamonds. As I wasn't able to get to visit in person, the sales director Paul Sitton picked up this request and spent time advising and assisting to make the right choice. The finished article of earrings look absolutely fantastic, my wife adores them which has made it all worth while in dealing with Paul and Quality Diamonds to make it a most pleasurable experience. Would certainly recommend and purchase items from Quality Diamonds again. The service matched the high quality of the products.”
