“What can I say, the service was amazing. For something that is a very stressful time in one’s life Daniel made things calm and comfortable. Highly informative and at no point did I ever feel under pressure to make any decisions. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Good customer service but there was an undisclosed 2 week lead time on delivery of jewel. Not an issue for me or likely going forward with this in mind but might have been an issue for someone on a timeline.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the Quality Diamonds team in Hatton Garden and the craftsmen in Birmingham. They have done fantastic work on restoring the sapphire and setting of my engagement ring which showed signs of 50 years worth of wear. Thank you Daniel for guiding me through. “I wanted something really special for my engagement ring. Which was easily achieved with the great help and communication recieved from paul who guided me through every step of the way. I loved the fact i was shown a good selection of stones nice to exceptional and at no point was i pushed to purchase the most expensive. I was also in a bit of a rush to get the ring and still wasnt dissapointed with the service i recieved to get it to me. The ring itself was magnificent and was very pleased with the individual certificates i got for each stone purchased. Would highly recommend and will most definately use again to get a matching eternity ring. Thank you paul excellent service”

“I found Quality Diamonds online and followed this up with a meeting in the Milton Keynes office. The levels of service I received from Sammi-Jo was exceptional, along with an amazing ring which was made for my fianc�. The ring was made in good time for our trip to Italy, which was in the same month, and when the ring was resized, this was also delivered back swiftly and in time for a big event. I would highly recommend this company based on their levels of service and product. “Having purchased our engagement ring at Quality Diamonds this became our preferred place to get our wedding bands. The service before was excellent, and they didn�t disappoint this time.
