“This is not the first time I have used Quality Diamonds for loose stones. Each time the service and support has been excellent and cannot be faulted. This time was no different. Suitable stones for my requirement were sourced and the supplied to me fast and efficiently. “Quite simply an amazing service from start to finish. We saw Paul in London and immediately felt at ease with him, there being literally zero sales-push. We were given all the information we needed in a really clear and concise way to help us make our choices. The idea of going to Hatton Garden for the first time was a little intimidating to be honest, but as soon as we met Paul I could tell we were in safe hands. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. A great range to choose from and my fiancee was delighted : )”

“Five star service - the team went out of their way too make sure I was happy with my purchase despite me being fairly demanding on this occasion ( very specific on what diamond I wanted and a bespoke setting). Communication was prompt so you were not left hanging and waiting for replies to queries and to top it all I got what I wanted at a great price - after much research I know I could easily have paid 20-50% more for a similar item. Hence one very happy customer, I would definitely use quality diamonds again and highly recommend them.”

“Bought an engagement ring from quality diamonds and could not recommend them more highly. From helping me understand the complexity of diamond shopping to choosing the pefect stone, the service was fantastic. I have to give a special mention to both Daniel and Paul, both knowledgable and extremely helpful. I never felt like they were trying to upsell and actually if anything they dissuaded me away from more expensive but worse stones. The ring was better than I expected and you can tell these guys know what they are doing Thank you guys so much!”

In addition the whole team go above and beyond to keep the client happy including making me a bespoke eternity ring and then sending it out for delivery before 9am on the day of my 40th to enable me to wear it on that very day. “I have to say what an outstanding experience, from start to finish Paul and his team providing an amazing service, fantastic communication throughout and great value. Paul also came up with a great idea regarding the upgrade of my fiancés engagement ring which actually saved me money and provided great sentimental value for my partner. “I ordered some lab-grown diamond stud earrings. Daniel, Paul and the team were most helpful at finding the diamonds for me based on my specification and guiding me through the design process. Whenever I had a query, they were responsive on email and phone. Earrings were turned around in 2-3 weeks maximum - delighted to receive them. They are very sparkly, a statement piece of jewellery, just what I wanted!”

“Was abit apprehensive purchasing a ring and diamond online but the descriptions, reporting and sales team were all very helpful in helping make the right choice. It took about 3 weeks for the ring to be finalised and was sent next day signed delivery after being contacted to set a suitable time for me to recieve. Very pleased with the service and product. I have seen similar for much more, believe excellent value for money.”
