Five star service - the team went out of their way too make sure I was happy with my purchase despite me being fairly demanding on this occasion ( very specific on what diamond I wanted and a bespoke setting). Communication was prompt so you were not left hanging and waiting for replies to queries and to top it all I got what I wanted at a great price - after much research I know I could easily have paid 20-50% more for a similar item. Hence one very happy customer, I would definitely use quality diamonds again and highly recommend them.
