“Fantastic service from start to finish. I expected great service as i bought my fiancee's engagement ring from them, and it was good then. that was via mail order. For the wedding rings, we made an appointment at their showroom in Milton Keynes. Service there was fantastic. we were not rushed, or pushed into buying something more expensive. The advice given was totally true and we ordered exactly what we wanted. A delivery date was given, and was beaten by a few days. Communication on the day before shipping to confirm delivery address and person being their to sign for parcel. Parcel arrive bang on time by next day tracked delivery. Faultless experience from start to finish. Fiancee is over the moon with her rings.”

“The ring was ordered at very short notice. The communication channel was simply fantastic, meaning that my request was made available to me on the precise day needed. On arrival and on examination the ring was exactly as expected. Many thanks to ALL involved in the completion. I have now had the opportunity to offer both the ring and myself to my intended and I am pleased to say that after a few tears, both were accepted with deep satisfaction!”

“We found this store online and after looking at reviews and seeing what they had we booked an appointment to look at engagement rings in the Milton Keynes branch. Paul was honestly amazing explaining all the different diamonds clarity stones everything! He showed us rings in the budget given. Found a ring we liked but we changed things on the ring to make it more personal! Paul was honestly so helpful!! When my ring came It was beautiful better then expected. We actually ended up getting a higher quality diamond then what we was originally looking for. I needed my ring re sized and it was done and ready to collect within 3 days. I later took a piece of jewlery to be fixed which was also done very quickly!”

“I purchased my wifes engagement solitaire ring 3 years ago from quality diamonds. I was that pleased with the service I recieved then I recently approached these guys again to buy my wife a new diamond wedding ring. Once again I had amazing service. “Quality Diamonds supplied my plain platinum wedding band at a superbly competitive price in 2011 and hence, ten years later in 2021 when it came to choosing my wife an anniversary gift, I decided to google them and were delighted to see they're still around. With it being the middle of the pandemic, I'm not currently commuting into London and was a little apprehensive about buying jewellery unseen. I needn't have been; Paul was absolutely superb. I was sent multiple photographs of diamonds that were within my budget and I settled on a beautiful half carat pear shaped diamond on a platinum necklace. The cost was incredibly reasonable, the pendant arrived within two days of ordering, and it was better than I had thought possible. Most importantly of all, my wife was delighted and actually cried when she opened her gift. For a fraction of the cost of buying from well known chains, my wife ended up with a beautiful piece that comes with the added knowledge that the diamond was hand picked for her. That's something you just don't get from walking into a high street or chain store. Superb service and thank you!!”

“I wrote a previous positive review on my engagement and claimed I’d be coming back for the wedding band. Well, I’ve done just that! Recently received the bespoke made diamond eternity ring. I dealt with Daniel of the Hatton Garden showroom all via email and phone call. He was very helpful and sent over designs and options based on the specifications I’d requested. The jewellery arrived in a matter of weeks and is now sitting in my dressing room ready for the big day. I can’t stop looking at it!”
