“After multiple trips to Hatton Garden and quickly growing tired of the haggling process with “Del Boy” esque salesmen, I was recommended Quality Diamonds by a colleague where I found I had the most professional and transparent service of all - and ultimately ended up buying my fiancees diamond ring from! I worked with Daniel F who was very straightforward and user friendly; he called ahead of appointment to see what I was looking for and upon arrival had ready a selection of stones that met all possible criteria/combination I could look at. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a modern, professional and genuine service when shopping for diamonds.”

“Fantastic homepage and customer support! After looking through literally thousands of engagement rings from different stores (both online and physical, in more than one country), I finally arrived at Quality Diamonds. That is the single negative remark I have - that I didn't find them sooner! Spending this much money, especially from abroad, made me a bit nervous. However, their excellent ring-creation tool on the homepage and their professional image made me confident in my choice. The photographs of the rings and the icons when browsing makes it easier to get an idea of what the ring will look like in real life. Also, a great plus is that you get to select a specific diamond - not just "any" diamond as when you visit a jewellery chain, but an actual unique and distinct diamond! That makes it much more special to me. I was also in contact with the sales director Paul and the production coordinator Marianne regarding the size of the ring, and they provided great support and advice and made me feel comfortable with my order. Thank you very much! The ring was produced and shipped faster than announced and arrived in a discreet package. The ring is simply beautiful - more so than on the photographs! I also liked the report card from GIA with detailed information about the diamond. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I will definitely look to Quality Diamonds (and only them) when I look for the wedding rings (and other jewellery).”

“Ordered a platinum and diamond engagement ring. Communication was fantastic from the off. Always a helpful person in the other end of the phone/email and prompt replies. The price was great (my local jeweller quoted me half the size diamond for the same price). Ring matched picture on site. Only 1 issue: when they resized the ring it came back half a size to big. They resized again gratis though. Had worried that lockdowns etc would affect things but needn't have worried. Fantastic buying experience.”

“Absolutely superb service. I spent a long time researching diamonds and asking Quality Diamonds for advice over many phone calls. They always had time for me and I was never under any pressure and valued their expertise and opinions. They went the extra mile when I needed a setting for the diamond made at short notice and they came through for me. Both the store consultant and the lady at the production site were amazing and the completed ring was delivered on time as promised. I would use Quality Diamonds again in the blink of an eye.
