Absolutely superb service. I spent a long time researching diamonds and asking Quality Diamonds for advice over many phone calls. They always had time for me and I was never under any pressure and valued their expertise and opinions. They went the extra mile when I needed a setting for the diamond made at short notice and they came through for me. Both the store consultant and the lady at the production site were amazing and the completed ring was delivered on time as promised. I would use Quality Diamonds again in the blink of an eye.
