Ordered a platinum and diamond engagement ring. Communication was fantastic from the off. Always a helpful person in the other end of the phone/email and prompt replies. The price was great (my local jeweller quoted me half the size diamond for the same price). Ring matched picture on site. Only 1 issue: when they resized the ring it came back half a size to big. They resized again gratis though. Had worried that lockdowns etc would affect things but needn't have worried. Fantastic buying experience.
