“Fantastic homepage and customer support! After looking through literally thousands of engagement rings from different stores (both online and physical, in more than one country), I finally arrived at Quality Diamonds. That is the single negative remark I have - that I didn't find them sooner! Spending this much money, especially from abroad, made me a bit nervous. However, their excellent ring-creation tool on the homepage and their professional image made me confident in my choice. The photographs of the rings and the icons when browsing makes it easier to get an idea of what the ring will look like in real life. Also, a great plus is that you get to select a specific diamond - not just "any" diamond as when you visit a jewellery chain, but an actual unique and distinct diamond! That makes it much more special to me. I was also in contact with the sales director Paul and the production coordinator Marianne regarding the size of the ring, and they provided great support and advice and made me feel comfortable with my order. Thank you very much! The ring was produced and shipped faster than announced and arrived in a discreet package. The ring is simply beautiful - more so than on the photographs! I also liked the report card from GIA with detailed information about the diamond. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I will definitely look to Quality Diamonds (and only them) when I look for the wedding rings (and other jewellery).”

“I would strongly recommend Quality Diamonds to anyone. I found the staff to be incredibly helpful whilst buying an engagement ring. They were willing to assist where they could and were polite and professional throughout. The ring arrived quicker than expected and was really high quality. “Absolutely fantastic company to deal with! Any reservations I had about buying an engagement ring online quickly went away as the whole process was so easy. There are also a lot of useful buying guides on their website. I had a few questions along the way which were answered very quickly. The ring was delivered on the agreed date and my now fiancée absolutely loves it. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“Quality Diamonds dealt with an insurance claim for me, after having sadly lost my wedding ring (which had originally been purchased through Quality Diamonds). Although my insurance company were originally intending to offer a replacement through an alternative supplier, the team at Quality Diamonds dealt with the matter in an exemplary way. The quality of their customer service matches the quality of their products.”

“For the past 6 months I have been looking for the perfect ring. I roughly knew the color clarity and cart I was looking for, but every ring I seen on the high street was massively over budget. Until I stumbled across the quality diamonds website. I must admit to was a little apprehensive ordering a ring on the internet but when I designed a ring similar to the many high street quotes I had I could not believe their prices. I though surely there must be a catch. So I started reading the many reviews about quality diamonds and thought this many people can't be wrong. After several nights of comparing the vast selection of stones available on the qualitydiamonds site I decided to take the plunge and order one. When it arrived and I opened the the beautiful presentation box I could not have been happier. The ring is beautiful, much better colour and clarity than the ones I had been looking at and up to 35% cheaper too. I checked the Gia reference number against the Gia website needless to say the stone is legitimate. The whole experience has been fantastic, from the updates while the ring was being made to the presentation when it arrived. Hopefully my girlfriend will be as impressed as I am. For all you guys looking for a ring. Go to any decent jewellers and find a ring you like. Ask then to write down the color clarity cut and carat then go home and look for a similar or better stone on quality diamonds. You won't be disappointed!”

“I bought a pair of loose diamonds, then subsequently had them made into a pair of earrings, with slightly bespoke elements to the setting. At all times my QD contact Tobias was responsive, friendly, and helpful, including doing his best to meet short timeframes (caused by my disorganisation). The advice he gave on the loose stones was considered, very useful, and much appreciated. The earrings were made, dispatched and arrived in time for Christmas, and the end result is beautiful. Only downside is that the recipient now wants more jewellery to match...”
