“As much as I'd done my research before buying an engagement ring, the level of support offered when choosing the diamond was superb. Linn in the office was extremely patient and explained what each rating on the certificate meant to the actual diamond. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, which was a huge relief. When I got the size of the ring completely wrong it was fixed free and with very little fuss - they even sent it back to the factory as they weren't happy with the job done, so I was pleasantly surprised at the level of aftercare offered. My fiancee is delighted with the ring, and for a first-time diamond buyer I'd recommend Quality Diamonds.”

“When we first started looking for a ring for my 60th birthday and 40th wedding anniversary present I thought my husband had lost his marbles. He started making all sorts of enquiries regarding quality, which led him to be in touch with quality diamonds. “Very good customer service with regular updates on progress in diamond being acquired. At time of despatch emailed it was on way and also phoned to ensure I had read email. As far as the ring itself is concerned my wife could not have been more delighted. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Really very good service. I did all online and via very helpful email conversation with Paul Sitton. Good website which generates confidence in the company. Delivery was a little slower than expected but not overly so considering the state of the nation due to Covid-19. However the arrangements for delivery could not be faulted. Overall an excellent first experience in using an online jewelry service. Oh and the earrings were beautiful!”
