“I called them up on Friday and they made an appointment for the next day. Everything about diamonds was explained brilliantly and Taha showed me rings similar to what I wanted to get. They gave me enough knowledge to make the right decision taking in to account my budget and style. Didn’t try and make a sale or up sell me in anyway. I wasn’t planning on buying the engagement ring on the day but because Taha gave me great experience I ended up making the order on that day. Will definitely recommend!”

“I was let down by another retailer a few weeks before and in desperate need Quality Diamond came to my rescue. My order was placed over the phone and arranged collection for two weeks time. I was kept up to date with my order. On the day of collecting there was a small problem that the ring ordered was still in London not Birmingham this is where the awesome Marianne worked some magic and although a small delay she had organised for the ring to be in Birmingham for 1 hour after the original time. I can not thank her enough for the great friendly service provided. I would recommend this company 100%.”

A good selection of loose stones obtained to view and Taha went extra mile to source additional stones during our appointment to find one that exactly met our requirements. Price was acceptable and finished ring delivered within timescales by a courier”

“We have brought our engagement rings and our wedding rings from the mk branch, we have recommended 2 different friends and both purchased their engagement rings from the same branch, the experience you get from QD in unlike any you would find on the high street, its personal, it makes you feel like you are investing into the jewellery and not just buying am expensive ring. The level of knowledge was unrivalled and myself and my partner came away more than happy to part with our money. The fact that you get to build your item of choice brings a new dimension to purchasing jewellery. A great place, great people and an amazing end product every time.”

“As with my order for an engagement ring, the wedding rings order was handled with the same speed and efficiency. And any emails I sent to Taha and Paul also received speedy and personable replies. The rings are perfect, I did need to return one for resizing but that was my own fault. The customer service these guys provide is second to none. Totally recommended!”
