I was let down by another retailer a few weeks before and in desperate need Quality Diamond came to my rescue. My order was placed over the phone and arranged collection for two weeks time. I was kept up to date with my order. On the day of collecting there was a small problem that the ring ordered was still in London not Birmingham this is where the awesome Marianne worked some magic and although a small delay she had organised for the ring to be in Birmingham for 1 hour after the original time. I can not thank her enough for the great friendly service provided. I would recommend this company 100%.
