“Excellent service from the team, I purchased and engagement ring first time round. Then also returned to purchase wedding bands. Considering I now live in Australia this was made very easy for me which really helped. Before I proposed I knew little about the process and diamonds etc but the team were very knowledgable, friendly and happy to help. Pricing is also reasonable. I have recommended QD to many other and will continue to do so. Thank you again, Nick”

“I had an excellent experience at Quality Diamonds in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes. Due to my work schedule being all over the place I didn’t have time to make an appointment so I just dropped in when I had a morning off. Ray was very welcoming and was available to help me right away. I had an idea from their website of what I could afford however when I actually saw the settings in person I really did not like the one I thought would be the one. So Ray suggested I choose a setting I like and then we’ll work the diamond around it to fit my budget. I then chose a setting I really liked and chose a diamond off their online portfolio. I walked away very pleased with my purchase! A couple of days later Ray emailed me informing me that the diamond I had bought had already been sold but not to worry because they have managed to source me a diamond with all the same characteristics but slightly bigger. 3 weeks later, the ring was ready for collection. Thank you Ray. My now fiancé loves her ring and we are now planning our wedding. We will be returning for our wedding bands!”

“I was a bit aprehensive about buying an item as important as a diamond ring online but I need not have worred as the service from Quality Diamonds was first class. I emailed them a couple of enquiries asking for some additional photos of the rings they had on their website and asked for some assistance in finding a ring similar to one we had seen ina local jeweller and both enquiries were dealt with quickly and expertly. The actual ring was very well received and at a much cheaper price than I could have found locally. Excellent service all round.”

“Coming from a man who knew very little about diamonds or any form of precious stone... I have to admit Quality Diamonds and specifically Paul was a pleasure to deal with. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing like other places I visited. They were very detailed and especially patient, knowing it’s a very important thing to get right. The whole experience was a delight and I would truly recommend them to anyone buying an engagement ring. I sit here now with a beautiful ring planning when to pop the question. Very pleasant experience and I left a very happy customer. Let’s hope she says yes! :/”

“Absolutely fantastic company to deal with! Any reservations I had about buying an engagement ring online quickly went away as the whole process was so easy. There are also a lot of useful buying guides on their website. I had a few questions along the way which were answered very quickly. The ring was delivered on the agreed date and my now fiancée absolutely loves it. Cannot recommend highly enough!”
