“My entire experience with Quality Diamonds has been faultless. From altering the delivery addresses, so remedying confusions with multiple orders, the staff kept me updated and were not afraid to offer their expertise whenever I needed it. I would recommend QD to anyone requiring rings in the future. Everything on your website is very accessible for people like me who weren't very informed with rings and diamonds previously. Overall, my ring is everything that I could have wanted and I am over the moon with your customer service and specific knowledge. Thank you to the entire team, but a special thank you to Ray and Taha who were very prompt with responses and taught me everything that I needed to know!”

“I can't stress how satisfied we are with Quality Diamonds. I appreciate I haven't been the easiest customer, with multiple back and forths. At one point I even down paid a stone, only to have to return it, because the jeweller (not QD) had given the wrong specifications. But Tobias and his colleagues remained professional throughout and presented me with the available options for our preferences and budget. I believe the fact that I still had them in mind when, over a year later, we were finally ready to make a decision (long story), speaks more than any words I can write. In the end we settled on a beautiful diamond for the engagement ring and got basically the same specs for a GIA as was offered elsewhere for a lesser certification (and which probably wasn't at those specs in the first place).”

“Excellent service! Paul was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose an eternity ring for our 40th wedding anniversary! I wanted a tanzanite and diamond wishbone style ring and knew it was going to be difficult to match these so sent my existing ring to help get the colour right! Well I needn’t have worried as the ring matches perfectly. Great price and great service! Would definitely recommend.”

“I had set up appointments with a number of jewellers who were either recommended by friends or online, I attended most of these appointments but knew the moment I spoke to Taha at Quality Diamonds that I wanted to do business with them. I like their customer service, business ethics and diamonds! I wanted quite a specific diamond and they were able to source mroe than any of the other jewellers and at a better price. Most importantly my ring is perfect and I enjoyed dealing with Taha throughout the process. Could not recommend these guys more highly for your engagement ring - and I had a very intricate custom design!”

“I went to Quality Diamonds based on a recommendation from a friend and had a great experience with them. They were significantly cheaper than other Hatton Garden jewellers for exactly the same quality of stone. What really made it for me though was the service. The team there were very knowledgable and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help.”
