“I am so pleased with my solitaire ring that is for our 25th wedding anniversary. Because I already have my other rings in yellow gold I had to have this in yellow also. I picked sempre style and I was apprehensive in case I did not like it when I saw it but it is perfect. We picked the best quality diamond for our budget and I have 0.80 carat with a diamond score of 9.78. I could have had 1.2 carat for the same money but decided I would prefer better quality. I think it is the perfect size for me as I am only small and much bigger would look too big anyway. It definitely is better value buying from Quality Diamonds and having them make your ring than buying a ready made one from a jewellers as I had already looked in numerous ones. It is also cheaper getting them to make it into a ring than buying a loose diamond and having a jewellers make it. The valuation that came with the ring was for double what we paid. I would definitely recommend them”

“Second visit to Paul after we ordered my fianceé’s engagement ring last year. So now back for wedding rings x 2. Bespoke rings designed with our input makes this route SO enjoyable and Paul is so knowledgeable, professional, (patient!) and was only happy when we were. I really have nothing else to say other than I do not understand why you’d ever go to a high street jeweller again - service, quality and even pricing are first clas (would have been happy to pay a premium for the aforementioned, but you don’t - just the opposite!) Thanks to Paul & all at Quality Diamonds (again!) Nic & Ange x”

“I got in touch with Taha about 2 weeks before my appointment with him. Via various emails going backwards and forwards I had pretty much made up my mind that I was going to purchase a ring from Quality Diamonds. Taha was very knowledgable and guided me through the entire process of picking the right diamond for me. On the day of the appointment, Taha was very accommodating and flexible due to me being stuck in traffic. He took the time to re-qualify what I was after, took into account my price range and showed me exactly what I could get for the my budget. I must have viewed 8-10 different diamonds of varying levels of the 4 C’s to show me how each C affected the price and look of the diamond. Eventually I made a choice and with extremely competitive pricing, we agreed on a date for it to be couriered to my Parent’s house. I highly recommend Qualty Diamonds for their professionalism and sheer quantity of stock to choose from. I have no doubt that we will be back for future purchases. The ring sparkles brialliantly and to top it off, she said yes!”

“The engagement ring service I originally had from Quality Diamonds, from diamond selection through to courier delivery, was perfect. I thought it could not be topped, however, a visit to the Milton Keynes office for our wedding rings, the care and time given, the sense of humour, the information given AND cost saving advice was exemplary. We now have two wedding rings which were delivered on time and right on our budget. Could not be happier with the customer service and the products. Superb!”

“I had an amazing experience with them. They created a custom setting for us to meet our tastes with such ease and understanding. The best prices on the web and handmade quality jewelry at its best. Got a remarkable oval engagement ring and a beautiful platinium wedding band. Their website is very intuitive and lets you compare diamonds really precisely. Vast collection of diamonds available at a very good price. Excellent customer service with Taha. I would recommend anyday !”

“We can’t recommend Quality Diamonds enough. We met with Ray in Milton Keynes to discuss options for my girlfriend’s engagement ring and and he was friendly, professional and made the whole experience really enjoyable. The ring was made quickly and when it was ready we collected it from London, the staff there were also friendly and professional. We’re so pleased with the ring and we’re looking forward to visiting them again for our wedding bands.”

“Should have done this review two years ago when we bought my ring. Choosing a diamond with the help of Ray at Milton Keynes was an amazing experience took a couple of visits to find what we liked but I found the whole process fascinating looking at the diamonds through a loupe and seeing them in a different light instead of being dazzled by the lights in a high street jewellers. Anyway fast forward two years needed my rings cleaning and polishing so had to reluctantly leave them with Ray who said they would be returned Royal Mail signed for on Friday had a email on Thursday confirming this and they arrived safely looking like new. So thank you Ray and all at Quality Diamonds.”

“Came across the site whilst searching for a particular diamond engagement ring. Made an appointment and spoke to Taha who was very helpful. He showed me diamonds explained everything so I was clear on what I was getting. The ring and diamond amazing. My fiancee was very happy and has been receiving many compliments on the ring. I went back and ordered the wedding band to match the engagement ring. These guys are brilliant, the service and help they give is second to none. We have recommended them to a few of our friends also. Can't speak anymore highly, they live up to the name and what you receive 'Quality' from start to finish.”
