Second visit to Paul after we ordered my fianceé’s engagement ring last year. So now back for wedding rings x 2. Bespoke rings designed with our input makes this route SO enjoyable and Paul is so knowledgeable, professional, (patient!) and was only happy when we were. I really have nothing else to say other than I do not understand why you’d ever go to a high street jeweller again - service, quality and even pricing are first clas (would have been happy to pay a premium for the aforementioned, but you don’t - just the opposite!)
