I got in touch with Taha about 2 weeks before my appointment with him. Via various emails going backwards and forwards I had pretty much made up my mind that I was going to purchase a ring from Quality Diamonds. Taha was very knowledgable and guided me through the entire process of picking the right diamond for me. On the day of the appointment, Taha was very accommodating and flexible due to me being stuck in traffic. He took the time to re-qualify what I was after, took into account my price range and showed me exactly what I could get for the my budget. I must have viewed 8-10 different diamonds of varying levels of the 4 C’s to show me how each C affected the price and look of the diamond. Eventually I made a choice and with extremely competitive pricing, we agreed on a date for it to be couriered to my Parent’s house.
