“Have used these guys for my engagement and wedding rings, absolute quality, prepared rings very fast on a tight short notice, Friendly understanding staff, vey happy and well satisfied with the service and the rings, went to a few places before i got here as i wanted to creat a design for my wifes engagement ring and not just give my wife any old normal ring, these guys fullfield my dream. Thank you guys, very much appreciated”

“Impeccable service from start to finish. Ray provided brilliant customer service and guidance throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble! Continuous communication gave me the confidence and a level of trust that couldn't be achieved elsewhere. “I bought both my wife's engagement ring and eternity ring through this website, and on both occasions they have been fantastic. I am not a very organised person, but their customer service was the reason I was able to propose in new York - the team went all out to get that ring to me, on really limited time frames. They went above and beyond and even sent a bike courier out to ensure they could get the ring to me before my flight. With the most recent purchase they contacted me to ensure i got the product I wanted and my wife was brought to tears by the job they had done. They are polite, professional, and dedicated to getting it right. Having done my research I know that the ring I got would have cost me three times that at a local retailer. These are important purchases, I would wholeheartedly recommend using them. Dean”

“I had an idea of what I was looking for in terms of an engagement diamond and setting, but still needed a little guidance. This came from the excellent Younis Taha who recommended various stones and settings from which I could make a considered choice. I received the ring within 14 days and was blown away by its quality and brilliance, exactly how I had imagined. All I need is a yes now!!”

“I went to Quality Diamonds looking for an engagement ring after being recommended to them by my brother. I imagined the experience of buying a surprise engagement ring would be a tricky one, but I was helped and advised through the process from start to finish. The ring took about 2 weeks from order to delivery and was perfect. The communication throughout was superb and will 100% be going back for the wedding bands in the future! Many thanks!”

“I wish that I could give Quality Diamonds 6 (or more) stars..Firstly., their customer service is tremendous.. I had a short timeframe for making the ring, but Ray and Paul managed to get the ring to me in time.. They made me feel that my business was really important to them. Secondly, the quality and price of the engagement ring that I purchased was outstanding.. My fiancée was bowled over.. Finally, the valuation was for double the purchase price.. From previous purchases, I know the valuation to be accurate.. If you purchased from a High Street jeweller, your valuation would be for the purchase price, so basically you are paying half of High Street prices. I will definitely return for for our wedding rings.”

“The assistance I received from Raymond was above and beyond exceptional. Being aware that finding diamonds to meet specific criteria is not a case of 'off the shelf choice' when you have specific criteria and finishes in mind I was mindful to start searching a few months in advance. Ray searched tirelessly and we were having monthly and soon to be two weekly meetings amongst emails with matches that were in line with my requirements from worldwide sources. In addition to his guidance to a specific design for the ring (which has exceeded my expectations) a beautiful creation was made which I am sure will have the desired effect come the big day”
