“Before finding Quality Diamonds I would have scoffed at the idea of buying diamonds over the Internet. Now I'm totally sold. Their site is very intuitive and once I had an idea of what I wanted I spoke to Paul who was more than happy to discuss my requirements over the phone. His service was impeccable, helping me find exactly what I wanted within my budget and delivering the ring in record time. It was also nice to avoid that horrible sinking feeling that you might be getting ripped off - their prices are so transparent and easy to compare with other jewellers that you know you're getting excellent value. It made the whole buying process a pleasure. And most importantly in the end I got a big fat 'yes' and a very happy fiancée. I could not recommend these guys more highly.”

“Absolutely first class service. Paul is an expert and took time to explain all aspects of the process to us. He also listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect diamond. At no point did we feel under pressure or any obligation to buy. Their office is very calm and they source their stock online, which means it is less frenetic than other stores in Hatton Garden. I had spoken to Ray online before the appointment and he was also fantastic and explained the whole process thoroughly. The diamond looks amazing and is complemented by the setting we chose. We also bought our wedding rings at the same time and got money off because we had bought the engagement ring there. In addition, they offer to clean all rings for free before the wedding, so that they look perfect on the big day. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will not waste my time looking at other companies next time I want to buy a quality piece. In short, one of the best experiences of my life!”

“I first bought my partner a diamond ring from Quality Diamonds about 10 years ago and she has always been very happy with it. “Their system of giving diamonds a score gave us the confidence to choose a stone without actually viewing it. I did a lot of research on diamonds but found their scoring covered everything I wanted and more. Aspects I hadn't thought of, such as height to width ratio, symmetry Etc,' meant we could decide what qualities we wanted to get the best for our budget. First time we saw it was on collecting but it surpassed expectations on initial viewing and still does. Very happy and would recommend them to anybody who is not a gemologist.”

“We met with Paul at the Milton Keynes office and he was fantastic, describing the diamond grading process and helping us choose the perfect diamond. After that we picked the setting did the paperwork and the ring was sent by courier in literally days! Just had a perfect weekend in Vienna making the engagement 'official'!! “I could not recommend Quality Diamonds more. Ray Morris in the Milton Keynes branch helped me design the ring and was so patient with my indecisions! He was calm, helpful and knew exactly what I wanted even though I couldn't describe it well. I had it re sized in the Hatton Gardens branch as I had to guess what ring size my fiancé would be. They were super helpful and I had the ring back later that same day. After such a successful and pleasurable experience I decided I wanted one too! Ray helped with the second ring just as well as the first and we are both looking forward to our wedding next summer! Thank you Quality Diamonds. You made what could have been a super stressful time enjoyable!”

“Having spent some time browsing QD's very informative site, we arranged a meeting with Tobias at the Hatton Garden branch. The purchase was to be a new wedding band and engagement ring to celebrate a forth coming milestone birthday and retirement! Tobias was given a budget to work with and was helpful and very knowledgable and secured a good quality certificated diamond for our money. The setting for it was bespoke and a matching wedding band added.Further visits to the showroom were made to ensure that everything was as we wanted. The end result was fantastic particularly the engagement ring it looks superb and has attracted much comment! Thankyou to Tobias, Paul and San for making this a really great experience, I highly recommend you to others!”
