“First time dealing with QD. They were helpful throughout helped me narrow down and select both the diamond and setting. Visited the hatton garden office to see stone for myself. The 30 day no quibble guarantee removed all risk not that they was any as my wife loved it. Many thanks Tobias for all your help.”

“I visited the Hatton Garden office multiple times, looking at the different stones and many beautiful ring settings so making a decision was pretty hard! The staff were informative and knowledgeable and I looked forward to going into the office each time I had a meeting with the team. My fiancée is incredibly happy with what Quality Diamonds has made! Picking a ring and the actual diamond was a great experience, one highlight was looking at the diamonds though the magnifying glass! I'd recommend Quality Diamonds to anyone, it definitely beats the experience of buying a ring from the high street!”

“Transparent, extremely well priced and very good service. Went out of their way to create a very custom setting for me too, when I asked for something very different. They even told me that they would make the setting themselves rather than using their usual supplier. All documentation supplied and fiance overjoyed with it.”

“I used Quality Diamonds to replace a diamond lost out of my engagement ring. They were helpful, responsive and provided a list of possible replacement diamonds. The actual repair of my ring and delivery of the new diamond were also very speedy. I hopefully won't have to use them again (I'm not planning to lose my diamond again!) but would happily recommend them.”

“Eric was my main point of contact and didn't hesitate to offer me the best solution for what a wanted. Everyone else I spoke to was just as helpful and when I eventually received my fiancées bespoke engagement ring I knew it was an excellent product and didn't once hesitate with the money I spent or the length of time to get it right first time. In no way did I feel pressurised by upselling or time restrictions. Office is well equipped and easy to locate and travel to (if you aren't from London area) when I visited before final collection. Overall I highly recommend this company and I look forward to doing business with them again. Thank you for an excellent product which has made me and my fiancé very happy indeed!”

“I was a bit apprehensive about ordering an expensive platinum diamond ring from a website when I hadn't seen it in person first! I couldn't wait for the ring to arrive and thankfully it was just what I hoped for. I had found some rings that I liked from the big name jewellers but then realised how much better websites like Quality Diamonds are: They let you pick the ring design from a large choice and then the diamond from a huge selection, and you also get much more for your money. I chose to use the Quality Diamonds website as it had a good range of ring designs and it lets you choose everything about the diamond exactly, such as the certification, it also offers free ring resizing and a good refund policy (not needed but reassuring).”

“I was looking for a small but perfect diamond for my daughters 18th birthday present. Ray was friendly, honest, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. “I dealt with Ray in the Milton Keynes branch. The quality of service and communication from the first enquiry to the receipt of the ring was fantastic. Quality Diamonds make sure you get exactly what you want at a fraction of the high street price. There is no pressure at any stage for a sale and nothing is too much trouble, including ensuring we got the ring by Christmas despite only confirming the order a matter of days before. Don't go any further if you are looking for an engagement ring. Thanks again Ray.”

“The 17th December was probably a little too close to Christmas to shop for our proper engagement ring but having designed it on-line we had a good idea of what we wanted. An evening appointment with Linn at QD in Hatton Garden who was great and took us through all the options and once the setting was agreed, gave us a great overview of diamonds available and helped us pick the perfect one for our budget. Compared to what we'd seen on the high street there was no contest. To top it off, even though we'd officially missed the Christmas deadline, QD came through and I was able to pick the ring up on the Tuesday in time for a little extra Christmas surprise. Many thanks to Linn and Eric for all their help. Will be seeing you soon for the wedding rings.”

“From my initial telephone contact with Quality Diamonds, through the diamond selection and design of my setting, I was so glad that i had chosen this company to make my special celebratory ring for my 50th Birthday. My taste is unusual and I have a very good eye for detail, thus when I selected the Internally Flawless Asscher cut diamond for my ring and discovered it was in India, Eric immediately organised for it to be sent to London. On arrival a week or so later, I viewed the diamond, fell in love with it and set to, choosing the perfect setting for this Art Deco style, beautiful stone. Throughout the whole process all the staff, but especially Eric, were helpful, kind and open to my ideas and questions. Eric was intrinsic to the whole service and his knowledge and design appreciation was invaluable. The whole service was professional from beginning to end and the day of collection was very exciting. The ring was perfect, and I was quite speechless at its beauty and that it was exactly as I had hoped. Needless to say, it has not left my finger since! Would I use Quality Diamonds again? Without a second's doubt!”
