“arranged a Saturday appointment with QDs, Talked through every aspect of what I required from the usual things to the little details eg. Ensuring the diamond Certification number is not covered by a prong for the aid of inspection once set. Finally the quality of what I acquired for the price paid was untouchable on the high street, I can't believe the low quality diamonds I was being quoted at compared to what I got at QDs for cheaper than those high street stones! Very happy, I know 'she' will be too...”

“This has to be without doubt my highest review of a company. Quality diamonds not only promptly delivered my order but emailed me back and forth with expert advice and a friendly attitude. “I have to say from start to finish the experience was amazing. I've wanted an emerald cut diamond solitaire ring for a good few years, but could never bring myself to buy one, especially after trying one on in Goldsmiths recently and then having the sales person follow me round the store with it on a tray, giving me quotes for interest free credit! Not my best experience! From booking my initial meeting, to seeing the diamonds I could choose from, there was no pressure, just great advice and a lot of information about the quality of the diamonds. I adore my new ring, and actually cried when I got in the car, it's beautiful and exactly what I wanted....a long awaited present to myself and it's just perfect, so thank you very much.”

“Bought the engagement ring and wedding bands from here. They provided first class advice and with no pressure and honest sales tactics, I even learnt a lot about diamonds. Price wise, I could not find cheaper and was surprised by the difference with many of the other stores. I was even told to look elsewhere for ideas after my first visit, and then return to get it at a lower price from them. The quality was in no way sacrificed. Would definitely recommend!”

“I found this company exceptionally easy to deal with from researching and selecting through to delivery and the first look of the real thing. I chose to 'go it alone' and surprise my intended with something special and the search facilities through the site were superb, along with the info on the quality of my purchase. I'm extremely happy to say my fiancée is every bit as delighted with her ring as i was and our engagement is so special and something i will remember for the rest of my life.”

“100% satisfied customer. I initially purchased a ring from Ernest Jones high street jeweller after a recommendation from a friend, but after reading all the horror stories and realising I had been duped into their "sale" prices I shopped around and after stumbling upon all the excellent reviews on here I thought I'd give buying online a choice...so glad I did! The choice is immense, the attention to detail throughout my order was amazing. Once the order was placed you get the usual conformation of order received, but what's good is you can track the order online accurately and the helpful customer service team are just a quick phone call away. Once the order has been complete they contact you to arrange a delivery to suit you...and they stick to the date! Presentation of the ring itself was very impressive, it arrived when promised and in perfect condition with all certification as advertised. I fully recommend using Quality Diamonds if you want to get a ring your other half will treasure! Oh and you also get 15% off wedding rings, which is another little bonus during an expensive time! I'd also recommend researching the 4 c's before purchasing to get the perfect diamond.”

“We had a couple of possible purchases. We wanted a diamond to make up a tie pin and the other to replace an opal in a ring. We went and met staff and were helped to select the most appropriate diamonds and were able to get much better quality than we could have afforded on the High St. We are very happy and could recommend this to anyone.”

“My fiancé and I went in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted. We called ahead and we're presented with about 3 different diamonds which were close to what we wanted in spec. After discussing what aspects of a diamond make it more "brilliant" and rare, we were so very pleased with our end ring. We also ordered our wedding bands from here too. When comparing our specs to stores such as Tiffanys, Earnest Jones, etc, we paid at least half. Thanks QD!”

“From first viewing on the website, I had the assistance of friendly, helpful staff in the online chat function, allowing ease of narrowing down options & providing useful feedback. From here, I was afforded the time of a long e-mail exchange telling me the details of diamonds above & beyond what was seen listed on the website. When happy I arranged a diamond viewing of my selected diamonds in the Milton Keynes office, at my convenience, where I had the opportunity to physically compare/examine the diamonds to choose. Then I chose the setting design that I wanted & within 7 days it had been made to my specifications. Since then I have had the pleasure of proposing & as the ring was slightly too big, took advantage of the free ring re-sizing option available. Throughout, all the staff have been great & I would highly recommend to anybody that is in need!”

“We first discovered Quality Diamonds when looking for an engagement ring. The 1-1 attention we received was excellent even though we hadn't booked an appointment (our mistake!). We were given all the information we needed on a clear and easy to understand way, and at no time felt any pressure to buy. The engagement ring settings on offer were beautiful and I easily chose 3 that I liked. The easy to use online system made it easy for my partner to choose the diamond to go with it. We have since gone back to QD for my wedding ring, and the same standard of service applied. Delivery was quick and the rings were presented beautifully in wooden ring boxes. We would thoroughly recommend Quality Diamonds.”

“We were looking for an exact style of diamond ring, with a large solitaire in the centre. The staff were so helpful, great selection of diamonds. Explaining which would be the best for the setting. It only took two weeks to make. The photos looked great, but didn't do it justice when the ring arrive it was fabulous. Exactly what we wanted.”
