“My fiancé and I came together to look at diamonds and settings and decided that day to buy both the engagement and wedding bands. Eric was very patient and taught us about the differences in diamond grades with examples so I could make an informed choice about what I wanted in a diamond. Linn was also very helpful when we came to pick up the rings and when organising a repolish. It took about 2.5 weeks to get the rings and I'm very happy with them.”

“I bought my fiancée's engagement ring from Quality Diamonds and was so pleased with the price, quality and service I went back for our wedding rings. The staff have all been really approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions, and being a diamond novice I had a few! I also never felt pressurised to spend more than I wanted to or could afford, and was never made to feel inferior because I wasn't re-mortgaging my house for a diamond. I've always been very happy with my experience of using Quality Diamonds and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“When we first started looking for a ring for my 60th birthday and 40th wedding anniversary present I thought my husband had lost his marbles. “I highly recommend Quality Diamonds to anyone looking to buy a diamond or engagement ring. They have been professional from start to finish. They made the process of buying a ring straightforward, with good advice, and without at anytime pushing to sell. The ring has to be resized and they honored they warrantly to do it for free and it took only one day. Also their prices seems to me very competitive, matching the big online websites, but with the advantage of having a shop in central London where you can view the diamonds and rings before buying, and ask any question you may have to the staff.”

“I got my fiancé first engagement ring from quality diamnonds unfortunately it was stolen, they was very helpful throughout helping us pick the perfect second ring. “Even though I did not buy the most expensive engagement ring setting and diamond, from the moment I contacted Quality Diamonds the service, help, advice, time and attention to detail they gave me has been superb. A true quality service at a very good price. They spent well over a hour discussing the style of ring I was looking for and finding the perfect diamond to match the setting. The result is a stunning engagement ring. Even the finer details of ring sizing which is difficult when the ring is a surprise, was not too much trouble. I can truly say that I received excellent customer service and beautiful engagement ring with a stunning diamond. A massive thank you for making such a tricky purchase easier.”

I have not found anyone else who offers this and they can offer this because the craftsmen they use make jewellery of the highest precision and quality. “I knew exactly what I was looking for in a loose diamond. Found one that suited on their website and paid deposit to ship it so I could view it. Unfortunately the diamond got sold locally and they could not bring it across. Instead of leaving me stone less they searched around and found a diamond with exactly the same properties and even slightly larger and gave it at same price. Very happy and when went to view and pick it up took time to look closely at it with me and even checked GIA numbers on stone for me etc. As I said that's good customer service.”

“I bought my partner's engagement ring from QD. I bought this via email and various discussions with the sales rep. His professionalism and expertise made the purchase easy and the ring itself was stunning. It arrived in a beautiful wooden presentation box, complete with certificate and insurance valuation. The service was so good that I dropped into the Hatton Garden office and bought my wedding ring. They had a great range of rings and styles to try and after ordering, the ring arrived a few days later. Impeccable service. I 100% recommend.”

“The advisor took time to show us the various diamonds and rings within our price range. There was no pressure at all to purchase. We phoned back a few days later to make the order and we were kept informed as to how our order was progressing. We collected from the Hatton Garden office and the ring was beautifully made in a lovely box. It also came with accompanying documentation and certificates. It was also a very good price, would highly recommend and very pleased with the service.”
