“I have recently purchased an engagement ring. I really had little idea of where to start but I learnt things about Diamonds I had never even considered. I was very impressed at the time taken to go through the vast array of available options, making sure that I was happy with my choice. The finished article was a sparkling beautiful ring, that surpassed my expectations, especially given the very reasonable price. If she says yes, I'll be back for the wedding rings :-)”

“I did a lot of research when shopping for an engagement ring and went into the purchase very cautiously. I have experienced other jewellers "selling up" their wares and presenting information which can be a little misleading and so I found dealing Quality Diamonds to be an absolute relief: Their advice was excellent, they were straight-forward and honest at every stage and their prices are very good indeed. The process was handled professionally right the way through and I was extremely impressed with the end product. More importantly, so was she! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone.”

“I purchased a beautiful pair of diamond earrings from Quality Diamonds. Ray in the Milton Keynes office was extremely professional in helping me choose both the actual diamonds and the setting. When I collected my earrings, they were waiting for me in a lovely presentation box, under a spotlight on his desk and were the first thing I saw when I entered the room. What a stunning way to collect my jewellery. I have received many lovely comments from colleagues and friends and I just love wearing my new earrings. Thank you so much QD.”

“Firstly I had amazing service and help in finding exactly the diamonds I was looking for. I ended up with a better specification of diamonds due to such helpful staff. The diamonds and setting were exactly what I wanted and my ring is absolutely beautiful. My whole experience with Quality Diamonds was fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, or using them again myself.”

“I recently purchased a diamond ring from Quality Diamonds. Their website enabled me to understand the whole process as I am new to the whole diamond experience. Once I had done my own research and selected some stones that I thought were the best combination of quality and cost, I organised an appointment at the Hatton Garden office with Eric who took me through the finer details of the process simply and without pressure. The stone was set in just over a week and I visited to collect. I would recommend Quality Diamonds for service and quality and will buy from them again”

“I spent some time picking a stone but unfortunately by the time my funds cleared it was no longer available. My first thought (I am something of a cynic!) was that this was some kind of scam, show you a great thing then low and behold not actually available etc. but I needn't have worried. Paul worked tirelessly, even when not actually at work and weekends, to find me another one. In the end got an amazing ring at a great price (probably half or better than shop prices). The whole service is first class and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I went in with a vague brief of what I was looking for but was immediately reassured by the knowledge and suggestions made. I was shown examples and the difference in clarity, cut etc was fully explained which allowed me to make an informed choice. They are easily contactable and making appointments was never a problem. I would highly recommend over high street stores as they can offer more time and a more personal experience.”

“Visiting Tobias at the London office helped to put us at ease. He is so knowledgeable, we put our trust in him immediately to find a lovely diamond as we were unsure of the process before arriving. The ring was delivered to our house when advised and far out weighed our expectations! We can't say enough how fantastic the service was for the best quality and best value diamond ring we could expect. Ann has so many compliments on how amazing and sparkling it looks! We highly recommend as we will not be going anywhere else for diamonds in the future!!”

“I must have been looking for the cheapest diamond they sell but the service was great. They were more than happy to let me come in and have a look at what you can get for your money, talk about the four C's of diamonds and see a different selection. “I was very wary when ordering my ring online as to be honest i had ordered three before from other companies and had sent them back , they were cheaply made and looked awful! Then i found Quality Diamonds so i thought last try , i found the website easy to use and the staff amazing , willing to help every step of the way , beyond the call of duty sometimes .. Thanks Paul ! When my ring arrived i was bowled over it was just as i imagined at half the price of the shops! Im a very happy lady , just read the reviews they speak for themselves ! “A much nicer environment than the shops along Hatton Garden. Not exactly plush surrounding which is at odds given how much one might be spending with them, but it does mean a competitive price. They were happy to select a range of five stone for me to narrow down my preferences, and a further five similar stones for me to finally select my preferred stone. This really is worth doing - the grades on a piece of paper don't tell the full story and you can't know what is more important to you until the differences are right there in front of you. Ended up with a stong and ring that I was very happy with and never once had to endure someone encouraging me into their shop.”

“arranged a Saturday appointment with QDs, Talked through every aspect of what I required from the usual things to the little details eg. Ensuring the diamond Certification number is not covered by a prong for the aid of inspection once set. Finally the quality of what I acquired for the price paid was untouchable on the high street, I can't believe the low quality diamonds I was being quoted at compared to what I got at QDs for cheaper than those high street stones! Very happy, I know 'she' will be too...”
