“To celebrate 30 years of marriage my husband wanted to buy me a diamond, my birthstone. We looked on line and began and ended our search with Quality Diamonds. They gently helped us through the education and certification process. Never feeling pressured into spending more, we did actually more than double our starting budget,and we found the most exquisite gem. Having chosen a setting, they adapted it to suit our choice. We also decided to renew our wedding bands and chose matching engraved ones. We loved the whole experience. Made 3 trips from our home in Spain in total, and finally brought our beautiful rings back. “This is the second time I purchased diamond earrings from Quality Diamonds online. Both times the process of selecting the matching diamonds was very easy and I also received some help over the phone. I collected the earrings myself as it was a present for my daughter. “I found quality diamonds after researching purchasing an engagement ring on the internet and wasn't disappointed. Their Hatton Gardens office is not a flashy shop front with over priced diamonds where getting value depends on your negotiation skills and their recent sales figures. Here you are given the undivided attention during a pre-booked appointment with a knowledgeable diamond expert who will show and guide you through the 4 c's and let you make up your mind on what you like and on what is in your budget. The result was a diamond that has amazing sparkle and a fiancé that has been smiling non stop for a week. I would highly recommend them.”

“I bought a pair of diamond studs from Quality Diamonds after finding them online and reading the other Trustpilot reviews. They are based in an office and just feel a little more professional than some of the shops within Hatton Garden. Sitting down with Eric to choose the diamonds is like a lesson in gemmology. He patiently explained the 4 "c's" and sensibly advised what to look for in a diamond to achieve best value and best quality. Amazingly you choose from diamonds that are for sale across the world so the choice is pretty much unlimited meaning you buy exactly what you want not what the shop has to sell you. The diamonds are then shipped and set all in within 10 days or so. I ended up with a beautiful pair of ear studs in a D colour, something I never thought I'd have achieved for my budget. Super pleased and a very pleasant shopping experience. Completely recommend and will be back for when I'm in the market for more diamonds.”

“Internet purchases of such a large sum make me nervous but the chat service was very helpful and after some further research I purchased an engagement ring. I received only the standard confirmation of purchase so after a few days contacted Quality Diamonds by email. They responded quickly with an answer to my question and did so again near to delivery. The ring was delivered bang on time in an unmarked and obvious box. The ring was well protected and was complete with all documentation. Very pleased with the service and would recommend. All I have to do now is pop the question!”

The rings were made within 2 weeks from ordering and were of excellent quality. Added to the excellent quality is the exceptional value for money. I would recommend them to anyone”

“After doing extensive research into diamonds and the best place for myself and my Fiancé to buy my engagement ring, we narrowed it down to Quality Diamonds and a similar company. After looking online at both company's websites, we selected various settings and diamond options and made appointments at both company's Hatton Garden offices. We visited the similar company first and whilst the representative was polite, she did not prepare the settings we had selected online, nor did she provide any detailed information regarding the diamond itself. The whole experience lasted about 10 minutes and we came out feeling quite disappointed. We then met with Eric at Quality Diamonds and our experience could not have been more different! Eric was extremely friendly, informative and patient. He prepared the settings to show us following what we had submitted online. Once I had chosen my setting, he then went through the 4 C's of diamond buying in detail and helped us to understand/confirm what we wanted. We were so satisfied with what he'd shown us that we ordered and paid for the ring there and then! We followed up our order with Quality Diamond's online help, I've spoken three times to Ray, each time he has been extremely helpful and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. Ray advised me that the ring would be with us less than two weeks later. Upon receiving it, I was concerned it was a little too big but Ray assured me that if that was the case, it can be adjusted for quickly and this service would be free. As it turns out, the ring is perfect and I am the happiest girl in the world. Thank you to Ray, Eric and everyone at Quality Diamonds, I cannot recommend their service highly enough and we will definitely be back to buy our weddings rings here!”

“I bought my fiancée's engagement ring and both our wedding rings from Quality Diamonds and was very happy with the overall service and price. Having done the initial walk around Hatton Garden, I decided to go with Quality Diamonds because they were not pushy and very flexible and generous with their time, not mentioning discreet (they operate out of an office rather than a walk-in shop, so you do need an appointment to see them, but that is well worth it when compared to the feeling of being treated like a number at some of the shops on the main strip). And my sense was that because of the lower overheads, they were comparable - if not cheaper - than the busier shops on Hatton Garden proper.”

“I recently purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I must say I was so pleased with the whole experience. It was nice to learn everything there is to know about diamonds from the experts without feeling silly or pressured into buying. I felt that the guy that dealt with me had my interests at heart and was a very genuine and helpful person.
