I can't stress how satisfied we are with Quality Diamonds. I appreciate I haven't been the easiest customer, with multiple back and forths. At one point I even down paid a stone, only to have to return it, because the jeweller (not QD) had given the wrong specifications. But Tobias and his colleagues remained professional throughout and presented me with the available options for our preferences and budget. I believe the fact that I still had them in mind when, over a year later, we were finally ready to make a decision (long story), speaks more than any words I can write. In the end we settled on a beautiful diamond for the engagement ring and got basically the same specs for a GIA as was offered elsewhere for a lesser certification (and which probably wasn't at those specs in the first place).
