I had an excellent experience at Quality Diamonds in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes. Due to my work schedule being all over the place I didn’t have time to make an appointment so I just dropped in when I had a morning off. Ray was very welcoming and was available to help me right away. I had an idea from their website of what I could afford however when I actually saw the settings in person I really did not like the one I thought would be the one. So Ray suggested I choose a setting I like and then we’ll work the diamond around it to fit my budget. I then chose a setting I really liked and chose a diamond off their online portfolio. I walked away very pleased with my purchase! A couple of days later Ray emailed me informing me that the diamond I had bought had already been sold but not to worry because they have managed to source me a diamond with all the same characteristics but slightly bigger. 3 weeks later, the ring was ready for collection. Thank you Ray. My now fiancé loves her ring and we are now planning our wedding. We will be returning for our wedding bands!
