Fantastic service from start to finish. I expected great service as i bought my fiancee's engagement ring from them, and it was good then. that was via mail order. For the wedding rings, we made an appointment at their showroom in Milton Keynes. Service there was fantastic. we were not rushed, or pushed into buying something more expensive. The advice given was totally true and we ordered exactly what we wanted. A delivery date was given, and was beaten by a few days. Communication on the day before shipping to confirm delivery address and person being their to sign for parcel. Parcel arrive bang on time by next day tracked delivery. Faultless experience from start to finish. Fiancee is over the moon with her rings.
