“Daniel from Quality Diamonds was extremely helpful and supportive during my purchase. I had left it late to buy a present and Daniel supported me quickly to source the right stone within budget and gave great advice all the way through the process. He arranged for the Diamond to be set on a necklace and delivered on time as promised for my wife's Birthday present. Really fantastic service and advice which is greatly appreciated. “I knew what I wanted and that was a high quality diamond. Paul at Quality Diamonds had the knowledge (and patience) to help and advise me throughout the whole selection and buying process. With thousands of diamonds on offer you could easily make an expensive mistake but the real advantage of using Quality Diamonds is that they would not recommend a stone that they didn't believe met my criteria, and expectations. It took a while but the result is fabulous, as was the customer service.”

“I am a 45 year old male who gets very grumpy these days with anything that is less than expected! .....if you are reading this, then trust me; “BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!” This company is probably one of my best retail experiences ever.... Firstly, the knowledge and professionalism are FIRST CLASS! These guys know their diamonds! Secondly, having purchased TWO rings now, the quality and workmanship is outstanding. Thirdly, there are no gimmicks, no side hustles, no add ons.... you can genuinely trust this company! “I found Quality Diamonds by Google. Quality Diamonds provides wide range of choices for loose diamonds with competitive price plus modern and elegant ring settings. I am living in Germany and I could not find a similar shop here. I was a bit worry about posting an expensive ring across the countries. After knowing that they will fully insure the goods and they accept Paypal payment (which provides buyer's protection), I decided to place my order. Paul Sitton do helped me a lot in finding the best diamond according to my budget. I received the ring safety on time; it is beautifully set and the diamond is fine dazzling. I am very happy.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. I expected great service as i bought my fiancee's engagement ring from them, and it was good then. that was via mail order. For the wedding rings, we made an appointment at their showroom in Milton Keynes. Service there was fantastic. we were not rushed, or pushed into buying something more expensive. The advice given was totally true and we ordered exactly what we wanted. A delivery date was given, and was beaten by a few days. Communication on the day before shipping to confirm delivery address and person being their to sign for parcel. Parcel arrive bang on time by next day tracked delivery. Faultless experience from start to finish. Fiancee is over the moon with her rings.”

“The ring was ordered at very short notice. The communication channel was simply fantastic, meaning that my request was made available to me on the precise day needed. On arrival and on examination the ring was exactly as expected. Many thanks to ALL involved in the completion. I have now had the opportunity to offer both the ring and myself to my intended and I am pleased to say that after a few tears, both were accepted with deep satisfaction!”

“We found this store online and after looking at reviews and seeing what they had we booked an appointment to look at engagement rings in the Milton Keynes branch. Paul was honestly amazing explaining all the different diamonds clarity stones everything! He showed us rings in the budget given. Found a ring we liked but we changed things on the ring to make it more personal! Paul was honestly so helpful!! When my ring came It was beautiful better then expected. We actually ended up getting a higher quality diamond then what we was originally looking for. I needed my ring re sized and it was done and ready to collect within 3 days. I later took a piece of jewlery to be fixed which was also done very quickly!”
