Our experience with Dr.Windell was excellent. We had a zoom meeting to discuss commencing treatment. Everything was discussed in clear detail with an opportunity to ask questions. Dr.Windell made us all feel informed, relaxed & reassured about the next stage of our journey. I would highly recommend him as I would all staff that we have come into contact with. Special mention for Rob and Andrew who are brilliant.

Had an appointment with Atholl at the weekend and he did an amazing job to get Spencer to engage in what started out as a difficult situation where he wouldn’t even enter the building. Friendly, patient and a pleasure to meet. Thank you.

We found the whole experience yesterday very informative, helpful, enlightening. Nadine was really calm and talkative keeping Spencer in the whole conversation and asking him his opinion which was really great to see as he has a real need for great relationships. Looking forward to getting through this process and achieving the help Spencer needs to cope with life as this is very taxing at the moment and i feel that we have made a great choice contacting Rainbow medical to help us achieve this. Can't praise Rainbow Medical enough. Very helpful at short notice, questions answered comprehensively on the phone when making enquiries. Dr Vilanova is a dedicated, compassionate and pro active psychiatrist. Always listens and I feel comfortable talking to him.

I reached out to rainbow medical as I was looking for a psychiatrist who could support me with my adhd and my medication. Andrew was so helpful onboarding me to the service, was always really polite and clear in terms of managing my expectations and moving things along as quickly as he could. I then met my doctor (Josep) who instantly made me feel very relaxed, and I knew instantly I would be looked after. I don’t feel like I’ve done the service justice, but it really has been amazing and I’m very grateful to continue my treatment with them. Thank you Andrew and Josep :)

As always Rainbow are very responsive and supportive regarding my care. I needed to change my medication due to a reaction and they got back to me straight away and within days I had an appointment with Dr Vilanova. It makes such a difference knowing that support is always there.
