“Still did not receive my package!!! I want a refund and return!”

“Absolutely terrible experience with Reliable Medicare! I ordered a product, and not only was shipping late, but when it finally arrived, it was a damaged item. To make things worse, they are refusing a refund for the damaged item, insisting it was my fault somehow. On top of that, I was overcharged compared to the listed price. Their customer service is useless—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs!”
