“I am so disappointed with the Cosmelan kit. It looks legit but when I opened the cosmelan 1 it had different colour and texture compared to the one I had in salon. Also the cosmelan 2 was already open and it only have lifetime of 3months and also the colour and texture are so different compared to the ones I did with professional. But the boxes, packaging everything looks real but the main product itself doesn’t look real. Wasted my around £300.”

“Order a products 3 weeks ago. Half of them wasn’t in stocks (but wasn’t marked) waiting till now 3 weeks, they can’t issue any refund, need to wait another 2-3weeks. Need to chaise them . Very disappointed. As always issues with the order or service.”

“The wrong product arrived. When I notified the company, they said they couldn't send the correct one to me until I posted the incorrect one back and it arrived with them. I thought this was ridiculous as this was their mistake. I expected for them to say keep the incorrect small 50ml bottle and we will rectify our mistake. Instead I have just had my cosmelan peel so my skin is red, irritable and peeling off and I've had to suffer and go without the Skin Repair cream until they send mr the correct bottle. In the future the customer service should be better when the mistake is on the company and not the customer.”

“I spent over £250 on a product which I had good results from previously which I purchased from a different supplier, the item from here was either not genuine or out of date as I had zero results and the product was not the same visibly. I contacted them to inform them and they said it was genuine and there was nothing they would do. Since got the product elsewhere and it was good and had intended results again. Avoid poor products and once they have your money they don't care!”
