“Locks are of good quality which you would expect from the hefty price tag. Dissapointing you get no template for the privacy and passage sets. Thats a waste of time and an opportunity for mistakes.”

Regarding the templates, these are usually included so it may have been missed being included by Iver. They do have the templates all available on the Iver website, so I will send you through an email with links to the specific ones you need.
