“Products online are added to basket at the checkout and once ordered you get a phone call sayong not in stock for another month or so. This should be recognised before checkout but is not. Very dissapointing”

Thank you for your review and your feedback! We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. We understand how disappointing it is when items are out of stock.
We have a large range of brands and over 20,000 products on our website - as we have so many suppliers, unfortunately it's not possible to integrate all of their stock systems with our website. We are currently working on this with our suppliers and our aim is to have accurate stock visibility on as many items as possible.
In the meantime, our team checks each order as soon as it comes in and we contact customers straight away if there are any out of stock items, providing in-stock alternatives where possible. We send through a weekly update on any back orders, which can of course be cancelled for a full refund at any time.
We appreciate your input and patience, and we always appreciate feedback to help enhance our service in the future. If there's anything else we can assist with or if you have further questions, please let us know!
