“Love the products that you make available and often the prices are as expected. It can be challenging to search for products as you need to expand the meta data for each of the products. There is a lot of assumptions on how customers will search for items and this is not always the case. Introduction of AI that would learn how customers search and eventually find what they are looking for would elevate any disappoint of customers leaving the online store without buying.”
