“We live in a regional area of NZ where it would be fair to say there aren't a lot of homeware shops. We visited the one everyone recommended for good quality and had some pretty poor service, and a quote for over $1000 for a door handle! So online we went. A little nervous about buying from overseas when we were on a short timeframe, but the Restoration Online experience was incredible. The handles, almost exactly as we had seen locally, were about half the price - and the shipping was less that 2 weeks. The online shopping experience, being able to choose the different handles and locks etc, made it all really easy, and they even sent an email about the bronze colour to make sure we would be happy with how it looked. When they arrived they were packaged beautifully, all in individual pouches and looked beautful - a heavy, quality feel and everything we wanted. Can't add a photo yet as they are still being fitting to the new door. Will definitely be buying from them again for the rest of our reno and have already converted our builder too. Great service, great product - can't fault them.”
