“The delivery and customer service were very responsive. The hand towel ring is good quality. The Coat of Arms toilet roll holder as originally shipped was missing the timber part and had a poor quality casting. After posting an earlier version of this review, Restoration Online contacted me immediately and offered to replace it with a better quality version, at no extra charge, which they did within a week. I think the prices are slightly high due to being unusual items rather than the run-of-the-mill stuff everyone else is selling. Would buy from Restoration Online again.”

However, from our records, we didn’t receive any notification that the timber component was missing entirely from your delivery.
This is certainly not how the product should have been supplied, and we’d like to rectify this for you as soon as possible. We do, however, understand your concerns about the delivery timeframe and wanted to provide some clarity. Your order was placed on 21/6/2025 and dispatched promptly on 24/6/2025 via express shipping (TGE Express). After your purchase, we sent an email outlining that these items have a 1-4 business day handling time prior to dispatch, as some products are assembled to order to ensure their quality and finish.
Once dispatched, we rely on courier networks, and while express services are always selected, deliveries to regional WA can take a little longer than metro areas, which appeared to be the case here. That said, your parcel did arrive within two weeks of ordering, which, while not ideal, is within typical timeframes for express deliveries to remote regions.
Regarding your call on 30/6/2025, our team noted that you reached out due to confusion with the tracking updates, as scans had not been updated for several days. We completely understand how this caused concern. We investigated this immediately and confirmed the parcel was still in transit. It was successfully delivered on 3/7/2025.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the information we provide to our customers, particularly around rural delivery expectations. We're committed to offering the best service possible, and we’re glad the products met your expectations once they arrived.
