“I love this thing, i am a tractor trailer driver. I was always trying to find a way to take a shower daily than to wait in line at the truckstop showers or concerns if they were clean to use. With this i just fill it up and shower in the truck or wash my hands after loading or unloading or any cleaning tasks on the road etc. Love it”

“We had misplaced our nozzle connector for our RinseKit Pod, so we called them on the phone and they were very courteous and helpful, and replaced the part within days. Great customer service that went above and beyond!!!”

“We love the RinseKit POD! Perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Perfect for camping. Perfect for those post-mountain bike rides. Our POD did develop a very small leak after about 1 year of use, but RinseKit's customer service was top-notch and they honored their warranty and shipped out a new POD. Everybody asks us about ours when they see us use it! I would buy again!”

“Very rarely will I write a review for any product, however the RinseKit deserves kudos. as someone who takes the kids to the beach and water regularly the sand is always an issue, however with the rinse kit i can now wash their feet off and keep the truck clean, as well as the house! This is one of those products that you didn't know you needed til you found it. highly recommended!”

“Great invention. Top notch customer service! I used my Rinse Kit all the time surfing/after hot Yoga/camping/fishing/ washing my dog etc. Something went wrong with my pressure on my original rinse kit so I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me repair it. They said stopped making my model but they would send a replacement and upgrade me to a rinse kit plus.I couldn’t believe the news!!! I’m so stoked to have this tool back in my truck!!! It’s great for everything.... Thanks Rinse Kit you rule!!! 🤙🏽”

“Amazing Customer service! Blew me away! I received a defective Rinsekit Plus and had email to receive a replacement part and instead they sent me an entire new unit! I was so shocked and the response was really quick! Absolutely love then Rinsekit and the company itself. Customer service is top notch for sure. Highly recommend their products!”

“I use the rinse kit for washing my dog after working....it's always worked well, never a problem until someone stole it! Obviously someone else needed it more than me. Regardless, I reached out to these folks and within a few short days it was on it's way! Haven't received it just yet but it's expected monday or tuesday. Either way, great folks to work with and always quick to get back with answers if you have a question. Would i come back? Absolutely.”

“We waited patiently for our new Rinsekit + to arrive. Upon receiving it, it was easy to fill and use. However, the pressure would not last nearly as long as stated on the website. Customer service responded quickly and assisted us in identifying the issue as a leak on the chamber. Rinsekit sent us a replacement immediately and we are very happy with the purchase.”

“The Rinse Kit team will never let you down! I purchased one rins kit last year ebcuase i needed to clean my hear after diving so i could run to work, the systme is so great, I can use it up to 2 times with plenty of rpessure and enough water to rinse the sand away from my gear and even wash my hair. it beats having to carry a gallon of water around. I also must say their customer service is amazing! thank you guys!!!”

“We can’t say enough good things about our Rinse Kit and their customer service!! We use it all the time after the beach which makes for a less sandy car and a happier mom. 😉 We had a problem with our kit that was covered under warranty. Just had to provide a couple pieces of info and we quickly received an entire new kit. If you’re not lucky enough to have a Rinse Kit yet, grab one!”

“I have owned my RinseKit Pod for just about a year now. I recently had the on/off coupling break. I emailed the warranty department just as the website instructed me to do and to my surprise i was contacted within 2hours! The customer service representative I dealt with was very professional and commentating. She handled my claim very quickly and within 12 hours of me submitting my warranty request the new part is on its way to my house. If you are looking for something to wash up with on the go, the RinseKit is it! I love mine, and eventually will buy the larger model when im able to start camping again! If you have been on the fence about getting one, just buy it! You wont be disappointed! I dont work for them, they dont sponsor me in any way. They just have a killer well made product, with some of the best customer service i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!”
