“The radio jumper cables are of poor quality for offroad use. Same with the PPT buttons. They wear out quickly and are expensive. I am going to homemade items now.”

“I decided to use Rugged Radios for a compact IP rated radio and intercom system for my fire department's UTV. The quality of the products are excellent and the customer service was great. I had an issue with the intercom and it was handled immediately with no hassle. The radio programming software is easy to use. I also purchased a SW meter and tuned the antenna to maximize transmission power. Great products & service. Highly recommend.”

“Quality could be way better out of the 6 rzr’s all running new systems 2 vehicles had ptt that would stick and transmit full time. 2 others had intercom issues and ended up just throwing the headsets in the back And not using them anymore.”

“I will never install another Rugged radio all the cables cost way to much. Lots of other people selling radios with every thing you need and they don't nickle and dime people like rugged radio.”
