“Sound is great. Set up is in a 2023 Kawasaki KRX4 1000. Issue I have is using the helmet parts. No volume for individual headsets for helmet headphones. Also trying to talk into microphone with in helmet setup, no one can hear the other people.”

“I had issues with my radio completely removed the system out of my unit sent it into the guys here as they assessed it repaired it and sent it back to me in a very cheap cost and everything worked like a dream and continues to. I sure appreciate everything. Stay safe. God bless.!!!”

“The rugged radios are geat when powered. I dont like the fact the the battery drains while its stored doing nothing. Then when I need them they are completely dead or close to it. You have to plan ahead when you want to use them and charge them. Spur of the moment trails runs are a problem with these radios. If you leave them on the charger all the time, your shortening the life of the battery and its capacity. Really disapointing considering the cost. Dont think I would buy again.”
