“had some trouble with my alpha bass headphones, the microphone slowly quit working on one set. It was frustrating trying to figure out what was wrong but when I contacted rugged they sent me a new microphone, unfortunately it did not fit the alpha bass since those are integrated in some way apparently. I told rugged and they immediately sent me a new headset that is working great now. products are not the cheapest but they are mostly good quality and the service is good!”

“Had recently purchased a used sxs and it came with misc. Rugged Radio equipment along with missing a couple of items, I contacted Rugged Radios and not only did they better inform me on the equipment I had but also sent me a couple of missing items that were needed to make their stuff work even much better! Highly recommend and will continue to purchase equipment from them when needed!”

“I have purchased couple of nitro bees and 4 headsets and 3 radios. They get put through the wringer every year, but the have never failed. Going to look at adding a couple more radios to our race team. The customer service is excellent also have had 1 little issue and was taken care of immediately. I will and have recommended them to everyone!”
