“This is the third UTV I have owned and installed rugged radio/intercom systems. The system is excellent and most importantly the customer support is awesome, the rugged radio crew have helped me each and every time. Thanks to all the crew at rugged radios......!!!!!”

“your shipping is no good still waiting for shipment have not recieved not knowing when if I dont hewar anything by Monday4/22/2024 I wll be asking for a refund. I have been tracking fedex it show still in Chinco CA been that way since first got info about shipping. This is not fun not knowing where my package is that I purchased.”

“These are amazing radios for the price. They come preloaded with both vhf and uhf channels used by race teams. The DMR ( Digital Mobile Radio) feature is the best part of this radio. The only fault I can hear with this radio is the speaker. To tinny, if I'm using the Rugged headset, it's not a problem.”

“I had a problem with my radio (my fault) but Owen in sales took great care of me. I'm part of a large sxs group in AZ. Everyone will hear from me about my awesome Rugged Radio and intercom kit and how when the company made a small mistake (forgot to send the PTT button I ordered) they instantly took care of me and when I made a big mistake (ordered the wrong radio) they again instantly took care of me. What an awesome company!!”

“Rugged Radios products have been exceptional and their service is outstanding. The only thing they should change is to clarify better when a product is purchased that it may need additional items at an additional cost for it to function. Its annoying to purchase something, have it show up and it not work. Then have to order additional items, more money and more shipping. With that being said, I will still continue to support Rugged, but will have to research products more on my end.”
