“We use the intercom system with a handheld unit. The system works extremely well on our rock crawler which is a little loud after all day! It enables us to speak with the passenger & other rigs with handheld radios! The agent was really nice to deal with & understood our need!”

“Received these radios before my Utah and Idaho elk hunt. They worked great in the mountians. Easy to handle, clear sounds while communicating. No issues with long distance communication. I would highly recommend these radios for any outdoor adventurer. it also makes it nice when I live 3 miles form rugged radios headquarters. staff are friendly and accommadatng. Doug”

“More of an observation than complaint. The headsets are pretty snug and uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Sound and VOX work as expected.”

“I bought the STX blue tooth stereo radio and intercom system. the grey adapter on one side was defective. I was unable to get anyone help me replace under warranty so I bought one at retail. The system works well but the adapters are easily damaged and they are so long it is easy to hit them in my case with the seats, so location of install for the jacks is limited. Sound quality is good. Radio clarity could be better. Intercom clarity could be better. Using behind the head STC head sets on a teo seater.”

“Don’t get me wrong. We love the products. Being a customer service vet myself I would appreciate being contacted by your reps when I buy products to make sure I bought the right products that fit with each other. Couple times I had to reorder because fittings were incorrect. Hope this is helpful for future customer orders.”
