“Our bass head phones have never worked from the beginning. Also we get a weird clicking sometimes that is extremely annoying”

“I started with a midland handheld. Had lots of battery issues with it. I than bought the Rugged radio GMRS handheld. Everything about it is great. I have also bought a few accessories everything Is very solid quality. I spent 34 years working in a busy FD. So tons of experience with handheld radios. If you want the best GMRS handheld this is it.”

“I am super happy with the performance of these radios. We where riding in the mountains of Montana and part of the group where separated at a fork in the trail. I was able to contact another rider in that group and have them meet us at a designated area. Well worth the money !!”

“They are great they put up with absolutely anything in the side-by-side I do wish the distance was a little bit better but still great oooh and a stickers when you buy them we like stickers”

“Received the radios but one of the chargers died within a month. Called and tried to explain the situation but it was just too much of a hassle to get a new one. So I ended up buying another charger even though I feel the month old one should’ve been replaced.”

“Radio will not work properly in the RZR Pro R and I have spent time with Rugged Radio tech service to no success. I even purchased the RR filter kit and it would not solve the garbled signal issue.”
